Title Review/Reclassification Processes

The Compensation Planning Process is part of the UW-Green Bay Operating Budget Planning Process. It allows for the orderly review of salaries within an area and provides an opportunity to provide equity where necessary and merit where warranted within the Board of Regents pay plan guidelines and UW-Green Bay procedures. The Academic Staff Title Review Process and the Classified Reclassification Process are used to initiate and document the decision making regarding equity and merit.
