| Essential Job Functions: | UW-Green Bay welcomes the submission of credentials from persons interested in administrative support limited term employment (LTE) positions as they occur on campus. This posting does not apply to a specific current opening. Respondents to this posting will be included in a general administrative support LTE pool. Job duties may include general office assistance and administrative support for individual departments at UW-Green Bay. | Qualifications: | * Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication, organizational and administrative skills * Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, Outlook) * Capacity to work autonomously and in a self-directed fashion * Detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously * Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision making |
