Printed copies of the Affirmative Action Plan and Affirmative Action Plan for Disabled Workers, Special Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era are available to the public for general inspection, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. in the Human Resources Office and at the reserve desk of the Cofrin Library

Age Discrimination in Employment Act
The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay does not discriminate based on age in its hiring practices.


Americans With Disabilities Act
The University provides reasonable accommodation to students, employees or applicants for employment. Employment or educational opportunities will not be denied because of the need to reasonably accommodate a person's ability.


Conflict of Interest
The University provides a continious work environment for Faculty and Staff and allows for Employee's to carry on other entreprenual activities on the side provided they are not in conflict with campus paid hours.

Sexual Harassment Policy
Sexual harassment of students, faculty, and staff in the University of Wisconsin System is unacceptable and impermissible conduct that will not be tolerated.


Students With Special Needs

UW-Green Bay's Counseling and Health Center provides a variety of counseling services, vocational and personality testing, biofeedback and relaxation training, alcohol, tobacco and other substance abuse prevention programming and consultation, and health services include assessment of illness and injury, over-the-counter medications, allergy injections, laboratory testing, immunizations, reproductive health care, and health care needs for students with disabilities.

Disability Services accommodates students with disabilities to ensure that their academic needs are met. Services include notetaking assistance, test-taking assistance and test proctoring, advocacy and mediation with faculty, arranging for laboratory assistants, providing readers, orientation and mobility instruction for students with visual and/or mo students with visual and/or mobility impairments, training and use of adaptive equipment, and liaison role with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.
