Students With Special Needs
UW-Green Bay's Counseling and Health Center provides a variety of counseling services, vocational and personality testing, biofeedback and relaxation training, alcohol, tobacco and other substance abuse prevention programming and consultation, and health services include assessment of illness and injury, over-the-counter medications, allergy injections, laboratory testing, immunizations, reproductive health care, and health care needs for students with disabilities.
Disability Services accommodates students with disabilities to ensure that their academic needs are met. Services include notetaking assistance, test-taking assistance and test proctoring, advocacy and mediation with faculty, arranging for laboratory assistants, providing readers, orientation and mobility instruction for students with visual and/or mo students with visual and/or mobility impairments, training and use of adaptive equipment, and liaison role with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.
Vietnam Era and Disabled Veterans Act
The University does not discriminate in employment decisions and complies with the Vietnam Era and Disabled Veterans Act.
