Mission Statement

The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay’s Human Resources Office guides the efforts to recruit, develop, and retain faculty and staff that meets the needs of a dynamic academic institution. We provide strategic planning, offer administrative services, promote employee needs, and facilitate organizational change.

The Human Resources Office reports to the Vice Chancellor for Business and Finance.
