Pay Period
Classified civil service employees (technical professionals, office support, laboratory technicians, custodians, police officers, accountants, LTEs (Limited Term Employees) and most mid-level supervisors) are paid on a bi-weekly basis. Employees work a two-week period and are paid for that time almost two weeks later on a Thursday.

Direct Deposit
The University utilizes the Automated Clearinghouse
(ACH) for making payroll payments. Your pay is automatically
deposited into the bank and account of your choice and is credited to
your account on payday. You can download the Direct
Deposit Authorization Form or you can pick up a form either in the Human Resources
Office or the Payroll Office. If you are unfamiliar with the service,
access the Direct Deposit FAQ.
How Do I Report Time Off/Leave?
Classified civil service employees (excluding LTEs) report vacation days and legal or personal holidays on their timesheet.
