Mentoring Program
The Campus Connection Program provides matches all new classified employees with another classified employee to be his or her "Campus Resource Person." This person will contact the new employee periodically during his or her first few weeks, offer a tour of the campus, invite the new employee to a Classified Staff Advisory Council (CSAC) meeting. If you do not hear from someone within your first couple of weeks on campus, please contact Human Resources at (920) 465-2390 or hr@uwgb.edu. |
Faculty and Academic Staff
Mentoring Program
New faculty and staff have a wonderful resource available to them as they begin tackling the intricacies of their new positions and the University. After arriving on campus you will be contacted by a member of the faculty or academic staff who will familiarize you with the mentor program and connect you with a mentor. If you do not hear from someone within your first couple of weeks on campus, new Faculty should contact the Center for Advancement of Teaching and Learning (CATL) (920) 465-2199 or catl@uwgb.edu. New Academic Staff should contact the Leadership and Involvement Committee members for additional information. |
