Transferring: Application Process for Classified Civil Service Employees

Process of applying if you work in the UW-System:
If you currently work in another UW System institution and are interested in transferring to a position with the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, please send us your request. We will contact you if and when your requested, or similar position becomes available.

Process of applying if you work in a state agency:
If you currently work in a state institution (non UW System) and are interested in transferring to a position with the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, please send us your request. Please note that you do not have mandatory transfer rights, but can be considered for the position. You must be at the same level or above the position you are applying for; if you are below the level of the position you would like to apply for, you must take the state exam for that classification and your application will be processed with all other applications. Those who score high enough will be invited to participate in the next step in the selection process.
