Dr. Donel Sullivan Scholarship

This scholarship is for students in Health Sciences and Health Professions

Criteria include:

• Declared major in one of the sciences
• Career goal in medicine, health sciences, or health professions
• Full-time student
• Evidence of community service
• Cumulative GPA of 3.20 or better
• Science and mathematics GPA of 3.20 or better
• Accumulated a minimum of 60 credits by the end of Summer 2013
• Accumulated a minimum of 30 credits in the sciences and mathematics by the end of Summer 2013

Submit the following application materials

• Letter of application
• Unofficial transcripts
• Two letters of recommendation from faculty members
