Dr. Holstead has a Ph.D. from Indiana University - Bloomington and teaches "Introduction to Human Development," "Infancy and Early Childhood," and "Middle Childhood and Adolescence." Dr. Holstead's research focuses on after school programs and the extent to which such programs impact academic achievement. Currently, she seeks teaching assistants, as well as research assistants.
