Dr. Noppe has a Ph.D. from Temple University and teaches "Infancy and Early Childhood", "Developmental Research Methods", "Gender Development Across the Lifespan", and "Dying, Death & Loss". Dr. Noppe’s research looks at adolescent death conceptions, gender roles and death, parent-infant-caregiver relations, in day care settings, and grief and loss in college students. She is the Director of Camp Lloyd, a day camp for grieving children.
