NOMINATION DEADLINE: April 21, 2006
This year two awards will be
given in Spring 2006 – one for a junior faculty member and one

The Instructional Development Council
is accepting nominations for the UW-Green Bay Featured Faculty
Awards for the 2005-06 academic year. Two awards will be given,
one for a faculty member with five or fewer years of service and
one for a faculty member with six or more years of service at
UW-Green Bay.
The purpose of the Featured Faculty
Award Program is to showcase excellent teaching at UW-Green
Bay. The program is sponsored by the Instructional Development
Council.
Any individual who is currently
teaching at least half-time at UW-Green Bay is eligible but the
Council is particularly interested in selecting someone who has
established a consistent record of exemplary teaching and is
willing to share her/his teaching philosophies and techniques
with the campus community.
The persons selected will receive a
$300.00 honorarium and will be asked to share their philosophies
of teaching at a reception following the annual January teaching
conference.
To nominate someone, simply send a memo via e-mail to Tim Sewall
(sewallt@uwgb.edu), not to
exceed two pages, that includes the following information:
