In CIT the user support staff offers classes on software applications and provides individualized assistance through the Help Desk. The Learning Technology Center is dedicated to helping faculty use technology in their courses. The Telecommunications, Engineering, and Media Services (TEAM) staff can help with classroom equipment, technical questions and curricular software. The Web Development office is ready to assist faculty and staff with web design and maintenance issues.
