Application Process
All interested students should pick up an application form from the Office of International Education (Rose Hall 310) (Student Services 1900) . In order to be eligible for this program, all students must:
- Have at least sophomore standing by the beginning of the program
- Have completed at least five semesters of college German or have an equivalent
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75
- Demonstrate personal maturity and flexibility
The Kassel Exchange Program
Students studying at the Universität Kassel through UW-Green Bay's exchange program will gain independence by traveling to Kassel and spending a semester or year abroad. Students have the option of participating in an intensive language course before the beginning of the semester. All courses will be taught in German. Students will have the opportunity to take classes in German culture, grammar, literature, Translation Studies, and Business German. In addition, students can take classes in art, music, Biology/Chemistry and more. As a student in Kassel, you will also be able to take advantage of short excursions sponsored through the University.
