Notes: Only students taking regular on-campus courses are counted; extension, remedial, study abroad, high school and agency funded enrollments are excluded. Extended Degree students are tallied in the lower table; they are included in the upper table only if they are also taking regular courses on campus. The tuition estimates incorporate information about the students' residencies and credit loads.  Projections are based on last years trends.  

	At this time, Spring semester grades have been posted and students have been advanced to the next class level, where appropriate. SOAR is about half completed (today is the sixth of ten SOAR dates), and freshman registrations are exactly on target.
	Total enrollments continue to be well ahead of last year in both heads (up 121, or 2.9%) and FTEs (up 96, or 2.6%).  The increase is coming almost entirely from continuing undergraduates, who are up 130 FTE (about 4.5%).
	As summer progresses, we will be tracking our registrations against two targets: Total Fall FTE target (including the Extended Degree Program) 4357 FTE Fall Tuition Revenue Target unconfirmed at this time
	EDP has currently enrolled 248 students (29 of whom are also taking regular campus courses) and 108 FTE that will be counted in the Fall 2001 campus totals.  This compares with 239 students and 99 FTE last year.
	We appear to be heading for a second year of improvements in the retention of new freshmen and of second-year students.  Retention rates for those cohorts may be as much as 3-4% higher than the prior year. Official retention rates will not be available until Fall.
