Notes: Only students taking regular on-campus courses are counted.
Extension, remedial, study abroad, high school, and agency-funded enrollments are
excluded.
Comparison to targets:
- UW-Green Bay does not have specific FTE or headcount targets for spring semesters.
- The current Spring FTE total of 4071 (including 4002 FTE in
on-campus programs and 69 FTE from the Extended Dergee program) is an
all-time record for UW-Green Bay (see the graph).
- Our Spring Gross Tuition target is $6,519,567. The
value of current registrations is $6,604,727. Last year, gross tuition
increased 1.3% between this point and the final. If a similar trend
happens this year, we will end Spring with $6,690,589 and a Spring surplus
of around $170,000.

Comparison to last year's enrollments:
- FTE and headcount enrollments are as strong or stronger than last spring in all
categories except New Freshmen, which were purposefully limited this year.
Strong spring enrollments will have an impact on the number of new
students we can admit for Fall 2001.
- Enrollments are primarily larger because we enrolled more
students in Fall 2000 than Fall 1999. Regular enrollments for fall
were up 2.0%. Current spring enrollments are up 2.3% over last spring.
- Retention is stronger than last year. In the past
weeks students on suspension and probation have been removed from the
records, primarily impacting new freshmen. Here are retention rate comparisons for the past three
cohorts' enrollment into the spring.
