Highlights
-
With 5,416
students, UW-Green Bay is serving about 150 more students this year than in
Fall 2002. The Fall 2003 headcount is the institution's 11th largest
fall. The total of 4671 full-time equivalent students (FTEs) is an
increase of 250 over Fall 2002, and is an an all-time FTE high for UW-Green
Bay. The graphs below visually differentiate between headcount and FTE
trends over the past twenty years.

-
At the
undergraduate level, a large senior class last year permitted us to register
60 more new freshmen and 138 more new transfer students than last
year. The distribution of continuing undergraduate students across the
classes is similar this year to last year, suggesting that the University
may experience another year of large graduating classes.
-
Because much of
the program development at the University in recent years has focused on
graduate programs, it is useful to know what the 162 graduate students
are studying. The following table provides a preliminary
breakdown. (Graduate Specials taking 102-funded graduate courses are
classified according to the academic area of their coursework.)
