Notes: Only students taking regular on-campus courses are counted; extension, remedial, study abroad, high school and agency funded enrollments are excluded. Extended Degree students are tallied in Part 2 but not Part 1, unless they are also taking regular courses on campus. The tuition estimates incorporate information about the students' residencies and credit loads.

  • Overall full-time equivalent (FTE) enrollments are 1.9% ahead of last year at this time.
  • In comparison to last year at this time, continuing undergraduates are up 26 FTE (1%), transfer student enrollments are up 17 FTE (5%), reentries are down 7 FTE (10%), graduate students are up 14 FTE (27%), and undergraduates specials are down 12 FTE (24%)..
  • We have now enrolled 886 FTE of New Freshmen, 2.4% over the target of 865.  Last year we had enrolled 835 FTE of New Freshmen by this point.  Based on historical experience, we can expect about 5 FTE of new freshmen to withdraw between now and the 10th day of classes.
  • EDP has currently enrolled 245 students for 99 FTE that will be counted in the Fall 2000 total for the campus (compared to finals of 241 heads and 108 FTE last year).
  • Total campus-wide headcount at this time is 5,432 (5,187 in regular courses only, 212 in Extended Degree only and 33 taking both types of programs).
  • The tuition value of current registrations is $7,109,469.  Our official annual tuition revenue target has now been established and includes $7,086,486 from fall tuition.  We have already reached that target and could bring in $30-$50,000 more tuition revenue as graduate students continue to register.
