Welcome to the International Visiting Scholars Program!


The International Visiting Scholars Program is a joint initiative between the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and St. Norbert College.

The purpose of the program is to bring well-qualified professionals from other countries to lecture and teach on the two campuses and to provide educational benefits to the citizens of Green Bay and surrounding communities.

The overall objective is to improve international understanding by providing opportunities to learn from visiting scholars and for them to learn from us.



Dr. Baisakhi Bandyopadhyay, a Senior Fellow in the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, will be a guest of the International Visiting Scholars Program from April 6 to April 27. She will be giving several presentations in classes and seminars at UW-Green Bay and St. Norbert College and will also be involved in community activities.
