Ab Lab

A 30-minute workout focused on progressive abdominal and lower-back exercises to give you a strong and centered core as well as improve balance, posture and body alignment. Get ready to BLAST those core muscles into shape!

Aqua Aerobics

It’s time to heat up the pool! This 60-minute workout uses the natural resistance and buoyancy of water to provide an effective, low-impact routine.

Barre Sculpt

Pointe those toes! In this 60 minute ballet barre workout, you will feel the heat of muscle building and sculpting in your legs and glutes. We’ll encourage one another and have fun working out together! Ballet shoes are not required, but feel free to wear them to class if you would like! Tennis shoes are absolutely acceptable! Let’s get ready to POINTE and flex!

Buns & Guns

In 30 minutes, you will work your arms, buttocks and legs! This class focuses on toning and making you feel great. Let’s pump some iron and squat down low!

Butts & Guts

This class is a quick, no fuss, high energy muscle conditioning class that tones and shapes your hips, thighs, buttocks and abdomen. These exercises target and tone your entire core and lower body!

Cardio Sculpt

Ready to take your strength training to new heights? Cardio Sculpt will tone your muscles while giving you a cardio workout. The best of both worlds!

Drum Aerobics

This format combines traditional aerobic movements with the powerful beat and rhythm of the drums. This is a workout for the entire body, mind and spirit! Feel and experience the pulsating rhythms, dynamic movements and powerful percussions of this new high-energy dance and rhythm program.

Full Body Hula Hooping

Have you ever wanted to learn how to hula hoop, but don’t know where to begin?! Well here’s your chance! Hula hooping is a fun way to concentrate on working your core muscles a specific way to tone and strengthen your abs, lower back, hips and arms! Fun performance tricks will also be taught to impress your friends and family!

*Lightly weighted hoops provided

HIIT it!

HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training. An ultra-effective form of training, HIIT has been proven to torch more calories in less time through alternating intervals of high and low intensity. This means you can get serious results, even when you’re crunched for time. While this class is a challenge, instructors provide plenty of modifications so that all fitness levels are welcome!

Just Dance!

Forget the video games! This class features dance moves so hot and so fun that you’ll forget you’re working out! The choreography is fresh and filled with total body fitness elements. Get ready for a party feel that’s sure to make you sweat!

Kickboxing

A power packed cardio workout that will help you jab and kick your way into a new level of fitness! It combines aerobics, boxing and martial arts. This intense, total-body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance.

Pilates

Driven by the six principles of Joseph Pilates: Centering, Control, Concentration, Flow, Breath & Precision, this class will help you to strengthen and stretch your muscles in a new way. Discover your inner strength with this unique and inspired workout!

PiYo™

Not quite Pilates and not quite Yoga, PiYo™ is a fast paced class that introduces you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can enhance your fitness capacity as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility. With every action-packed PiYo™ session, you have the opportunity to expend energy and define your whole body, as you minimize the aches and pains that can come along with high-impact workouts.

Powerhouse

Powerhouse is designed for all fitness levels. This class delivers real results, real fast with the help of the weight room. This athletic based workout uses barbells with adjustable weights and other equipment to work every major muscle group in the body. Class will meet outside of the group fitness studio. Come learn all the great tricks that the Kress has to offer!

Power Yoga

Build your balance, flexibility, and total body strength with this twist on traditional yoga, which has a faster rhythm and higher energy. Yogis of any level can benefit from this practice.

Rock Your Body

Come rock each body part to Electric Dance Music (EDM)! There is a routine for your arms, shoulders, legs, thighs and abs. There is even cardio and the use of stability balls to keep your heart pumping! Come out and Rock Your Body!

Sculpt-o-Sphere

Are you ready to have a ball? This class uses a variety fitness and stability balls to challenge balance and core stability levels, helping strengthen the whole body. Use the ball to increase muscle tone and flexibility, build core strength and balance, and improve posture and body alignment.

Sunrise Stretching

This class is a light yoga format with deep stretches and will awaken your body and prepare you for the day ahead.

Sunrise Strength

This low-impact, beginner's total body workout is a great way to start the day! It's designed to tone your muscles and improve your strength, balance, and flexibility.

Sunset Stretch

Need to unwind at the end of a long day? What better way than to de-stress your mind and muscles with this 30-minute guided stretching class! Your body will thank you for taking this time to relieve tension and relax.

Toning Circuits

This is a fun, fast-paced, interval training class which is designed with your entire body in mind. There will be a little bit of everything: cardio, strength, toning, stretching and more in short bursts of exercise that constantly change each week. Participants can work at their own pace, and all fitness levels are welcome!

Tone Zone

Using a variety of equipment and dynamic formats, this blended strength and cardio class offers a fun and creative work out for exercisers of all fitness levels. Get in the Zone!

Triple Threat

Triple Threat is designed for all fitness levels. This athletic-based workout focuses on three major components of any workout: core exercises, cardiovascular work, and strength training. Using a variety of equipment, this class is designed to work every major muscle group in the body and deliver real results, real fast. Come get a great workout and turn yourself into a real Triple Threat!

Turbo Kick®

Get hooked on the Turbo high! With cardio kickboxing and body-sculpting dance moves choreographed to the hottest music mixes, you'll get lean and toned—and have a blast doing it! It's high intensity, fast-paced, and totally addicting.

Yoga

Challenge and connect your mind and body with yoga poses, conscious breathing and relaxation techniques. Remember - yoga is an individual practice, where all judgment, competition and expectations are let go, and the focus is internal on your own experience that day.

Yoga for Relaxation

In search of a way to de-stress and calm your whole being while lengthening your entire musculature? Then this is the class for you. After this half hour of this yoga practice, you will leave feeling lighter than you did when you walked into the studio. Enjoy!

Yoga Sculpt

Ready to take your yoga to the next level? This class incorporates light weights with Yoga stretches to increase strength, improve flexibility, build endurance and sculpt the body. Get ready to torch some calories in a fun and unique way!

Zumba®

A fusion of Latin inspired cardio dancing for a great, dynamic and effective fitness class. The routines combine fast and slow rhythms that tone, sculpt and inspire! It’s time to ditch the workout and join the party!
