A great total body workout giving you 30 minutes of toning with 30 minutes of cardio! This workout utilizes a variety of equipment and maximizes your time for a well-rounded exercise routine. Expect to see an assortment of kickboxing, high intensity interval training and fun fitness surprises!
A 30-minute workout focused on progressive abdominal and lower-back exercises to give you a strong and centered core as well as improve balance, posture and body alignment. Get ready to BLAST those core muscles into shape!
Abs & Intervals
Experience strength training through proven techniques to target core, legs and the entire body. Trending ab workouts will be used along with cardio and weight training to build overall health.
It’s time to heat up the pool! This 60-minute workout uses the natural resistance and buoyancy of water to provide an effective, low-impact routine.

Balls to the Wall
A variety of balls (stability, weighted and medicine) will be used in this class to tone and build muscle throughout the entire body. Bring home ideas from class and apply what you’ve learned in your own workouts!
Belly Dancing & Hula Hooping
You do NOT have to be an experienced hooper or dancer to take this class! You only need to arrive with patience, a smile, the desire to learn and enthusiasm to work your core in ways you never have in the past! Come and explore the mystery of BOTH these worlds to motivating music, and feel/watch how your muscles get stronger and the movements become sharper and more defined with practice!

This format mixes traditional dynamic and body weight exercises with circuits, interval and strength training. Get ready to push yourself and whip that body into shape!
Butts & Guts
This class is a quick, no fuss, high energy muscle conditioning class that tones and shapes your hips, thighs, buttock and abdomen. These exercises target and tone your entire core and lower body!
Ready to take your strength training to a whole new level!? This 45 minute muscle toning class adds a cardio twist for a great total body workout. Be ready to shape, tone and strengthen multiple muscle groups with this all-in-one workout!
This class is geared to increase overall core strength while working the back and torso. Participants can expect to sculpt the core as well as practice their balance. Most of all, get ready to have lots of fun! Beginners and core veterans are welcome as this class offers something for both.

Hip Hop Workout
Get an aerobic workout while jamming to your favorite pop and hip hop music. Combinations will be taught to songs and repeated each week. Come join us and get your groove on while getting an uplifting "werk" out!
