I believe that impossible is nothing, in fact, it is just the beginning.
A passion for fitness has followed me throughout my life. I fell in love with distance running and Yoga at a young age and since then have worked with nearly every side of fitness and strength training. After changing my Major to Nutritional Science and competing for a season on the UW-Green Bay Cross Country team, I found myself in the studio as a group fitness instructor, a personal trainer, and a Strength and Conditioning coach. I received my Personal Training and Group Exercise Certifications though the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA). I am also certified as a Yoga Personal Trainer through Deborah Williamson LLC. In addition to that, I am a 200 hour certified Yoga instructor currently working towards my 500 hour certification.
Fitness should be about health rather than vanity. Fitness is much more than what the scale says, what size your pants are, how big your muscles are, or having visible abs- it’s about feeling great, being healthy, and over all finding a better quality of life. There’s more to fitness and life than how you look in the mirror. It’s not about what work out will give you muscles or what will burn the most calories but about discovering what works for you, finding balance in your body, and most importantly doing something you enjoy.
My goal is to help you make your fitness life about you. I want to help you find workouts you’re passionate about that will keep you coming back for more. I will show you that you are capable of more than you think, find balance and over all improve your quality of life. Give it a shot; what do you have to lose but an hour of your day?
"Ask yourself: ‘'Can I give more?'’. The answer is usually: ''Yes''."
