About Me:

First year trainer! I am currently pursuing a nursing career while attending UW-Green Bay as well as Bellin College. After completing my Bachelor’s degree in 2016, I plan to specialize and obtain my Masters in Mental Health as well as Nutrition. I received my Personal Training Certification through Expert Rating, and have been training clients as well as teaching group fitness at Anytime Fitness in my hometown since May.

Every day of your life should be filled with passion - a flooding urge to reach heights you never have before. I’ve found my greatness as a runner, crossing that finish line. Running mostly 10Ks, I’ve finished first woman overall in two races this year, and have a half marathon set for October. I run, swim, bike, weight lift - anything spontaneous and adventurous, really! Fitness has become my therapy, and I love every aspect of it. It has opened my mind and enabled me to feel capable and successful on levels unimaginable.

My goal as a trainer is to share that passion with you, help you find what works for you, and more importantly, incorporate into your routine and life all that is fitness. I despise fitness ads that say, “we've got the secret” and “here's the key,” as if fitness is some sort of unsolved mystery. Being fit isn't universal, nor achievable by one set of rules. My workout is not your workout; I want to help you be the greatest form of you that you can possibly be - to find that champion inside of you. Most importantly - nothing is impossible. Fitness is not a mystery, rather the simple recipe of hard work and dedication. Many people limit themselves to what they think they can do. You can go as far as your mind lets you. What you believe, you can achieve. You gain strength, courage and confidence in all challenges - let me help you challenge yourself to do what you think you cannot do. Let’s find your greatness!

I have an absolute obsession for jalapeños and hot sauce. Life is a journey, why not spice it up??
