"Be the best version of yourself"

Believe me when I tell you, I’m not the strongest guy in the gym. I’m also not the smartest person at this college. I’m not the best dancer, ping pong player, conversationalist, or cook. But I’m okay with all of that. I know I’m not the best and I know in some cases I will never be the best at something, but I do know that if I put in the work, I can be the best version of myself! And the same goes for you, but you have to work for it. And I believe exercise is one of the greatest starting points to becoming the best version of yourself! It’s scientifically proven that exercise reduces stress, decreases depression, and has a wide range of other health benefits. These benefits will then act as a springboard towards whatever goals you have! Not two years ago, I was borderline underweight, unconfident and socially awkward…sooo very awkward. But I put in the work to be better! I exercised, I read self-help articles, applied them to my life, and I put myself outside of my comfort zone. And guess what? It worked! I’ll admit I’m nowhere near the best version of myself, but I’m a lot closer than I was 2 years ago!

And this is why I’m a personal trainer. To help you be the best version of yourself.
