Session Rates

One-on-one Rate,  hour sessions.
1 session
: $15 students, $30 faculty and community members
5 sessions: $60 students, $120 faculty and community members (1 free session included)
10 sessions: $120 students, $240 faculty and community members (2 free sessions included)

Group Rate per Person (*Max two people per session),  hour sessions.
1 session
: $9 students, $15 faculty and community members
5 sessions: $28 students, $63 faculty and community members
10 sessions: $63 students, $123 faculty and community members  

 

Why Personal Training?
The Kress Events Center offers an excellent Personal Training Program which allows students, faculty/staff and community members to work under the supervision and expertise of a certified Personal Trainer!

Personal training is suitable for individuals of EVERY fitness level – beginner to advanced!

Whether you are looking for a basic introduction to weight lifting, some new exercises to bring into your own routine OR want an ongoing fitness program designed EXACTLY to your health/wellness goals, the KEC has the trainer for you!

One session
   A trainer providing you with an orientation to cardiovascular, resistance, and flexibility programs, supplying you with information on workout safety, workout ethic and any other information about our facility/practices you wish to have!

Multiple sessions
    •An introductory session in which goals, expectations (for the client and trainer) and policies are discussed.  Following this introduction, your trainer will design and help you implement a workout program specifically for you based on your goals.  Our trainers will provide you with motivation and their expertise on top of this workout program, placing your well-being above all!
