The Kress Events Center offers an excellent Personal Training Program which allows students, faculty and members to work under the supervision and expertise of a certified Personal Trainer!

Personal Training is not limited to traditional forms of resistance and cardiovascular training.
KEC Personal Trainers have access to:

KEC Personal Trainers specialize in the following types of training:

One-on-one,  hour sessions.
1 session
: $15 students, $30 faculty and community members
5 sessions: $60 students, $120 faculty and community members (1 free session included)
10 sessions: $120 students, $240 faculty and community members (2 free sessions included)

One session
    •Provide a step-by-step orientation of your cardiovascular, resistance training, and flexibility programs.
Multiple sessions
    •Provide the opportunity to progress your routine to deter boredom and performance plateaus
