Intramurals FAQ

How do I register a team?

Entry forms are located online! A team must sign up on the intramurals website before the specified deadline date and time. The entry deadlines are posted throughout the Kress, campus and listed on the intramurals web.

I am having difficulties using the website to enter my team, what should I do?

Paper entry forms are available for students that cannot figure out how to register via the internet. Ask a Kress Events Center recreation assistant for a copy.

How many people do I need (or can I have) on my team?

When a team signs up, these stipulations are listed on the entry form. In addition, every sport has specific rules regarding the requirements. Those can be found using the policies link on the left navigation bar.

What time does my team play?

ALL schedules are posted online and on the intramurals bulletin board at the Kress. Captains are emailed schedules at the start of the league/tournament.

How can I make changes to my team?

Roster changes have to be made on the intramurals website. There is a link called edit roster that is active only during times when changes can be made. Players must be added 24 hours in advance in order to be eligible to play.

How long do I have to add a person to my team?

Team captains have up until the the third scheduled game of the league to make roster changes. Players must be added and have a Kress membership 24 hours in advance in order to be eligible to play.

Who can play on my team?

Any UWGB student that has a Kress membership can play intramurals. Plus, a team can have one UWGB faculty/staff member that has a valid Kress membership (a $10 fee will also be applied). NON-UWGB (including Almuni) students cannot play intramurals. Tournaments and leagues are the same except faculty/staff cannot play in the tournaments and tournament participants do not need a Kress membership.

I don’t have a team, how can I find one?

You can now sign up as a "Free Agent".  The signup allows you to pick each sport you may like to play on, and then will list you as a free agent so captains looking for players can find you.  Click the free agent signup on the left navigation bar.  If you are not currently signed in, you will first be transferred to the login page, and then automatically transferred to the free agents signup page.

I am a captain and need more players, where can I look?

The Free Agents listing page lists the player's email, what sports they would like to play in, and their gender.  Click the free agent list on the left navigation bar to see all available free agents!
