Session Rates (1 hour)

Intro Session

This package is comprised of two- one hour sessions. During your first session you and your trainer will discuss your goals and current fitness level as well as assess aspects of your fitness (including postural balance). Using this information your trainer will design a work out tailored to you. The sweat fest begins your second session where you start your work out routine.

Get one on one guidance with a personal trainer. Single sessions put the focus solely on you and your goals. Our solo sessions put the personal in personal training as we customize work outs to meet your needs.

Group (per Person, Max 2 people)

Double trouble! This option gives you the chance to get fit with friends. Limited to two people per group this style of training is a fun and interactive way to work out with a like minded friend while still receiving the guidance of a personal trainer.
