Personal Training Program Details (print)

Our Personal Training program gives you the chance to work one-on-one under the guidance of a Certified Personal Trainer. Our trainers specialize in creating individualized workouts tailored specifically to your goals and aspirations. Training can be done on a long-term or short-term basis and will be scheduled based on your availability. Whether you are looking for a basic introduction to weight lifting, new exercises to bring into your current routine or want an ongoing fitness pro-gram, the KEC has the trainer for you!
