Petition Policy for Students
Students who request an exception to or waiver/modification of an academic rule, policy, procedure or deadline must file a petition. The petition form is available at http://www.uwgb.edu/advising/forms/. It is the student’s responsibility to print and complete the form, provide the necessary documentation, obtain any necessary signatures, and submit the signed petition and documentation to the appropriate office as stated on the petition.
