Immigration Stories and the Staff of Life
March 5 - April 2, 2009
An installation that is connected to the artist's Armenian heritage and the genocide of his ancestors at the beginning of the 20th century in Turkey. More broadly the installation addresses issues that are fundamental to how we live our lives within the global community, as well as encouraging the viewer to reflect upon their own stories and experiences of movement and resettlement.
