AIDS Memorial Quilt
October 17th - November 9th, 2001

An exhibition that featured five sections of the AIDS Memorial Quilt, coupled with various activities organized in conjunction with the Quilt.
Arguably the world’s largest community arts project, the Quilt is dedicated to bringing an end to AIDS. Its goals are:
1) provide a creative means for remembrance and healing;
2) illustrate the enormity of the AIDS epidemic;
3) increase public awareness of AIDS;
4) assist with HIV prevention;
5) raise funds for community-based AIDS service organizations.
