Master's Degree in Applied Leadership
for Teaching and Learning


NARRATIVE

The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay's Master's of Science Degree in Applied Leadership for Teaching and Learning is an integral part of the Institute for Learning Partnership. This program is designed for educators who are actively employed in PK-16 classrooms, other educational settings or business and industry training. Participants have the opportunity to work within a community of learners. The program promotes the integration of educators' professional experiences with the course of study. This innovative program is based on standards developed by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards. The goals are to prepare professional teachers to be reflective, lifelong practitioners and leaders; improve students' performance; and advance the overall quality of education in the region.
