National Board Candidate Support

Offered at No Cost

I teach 4th grade at South Mountain Elementary School in Wausau. The mentor program was invaluable to my journey because I learned something new every time I went which furthered my understanding of the National Board process. My students are impacted every day because this professional development taught me to think about what my students need, why I teach what I teach, and how I know that my students have understanding of what I taught. This rigorous journey has been the best professional development I've ever participated in.Jena Lawson, NBCT
