Mission Statement:
The Cofrin Library supports the UW-Green Bay mission of teaching, research, and service by matching its services and resources to the individual needs of its community and by serving as an intellectual and cultural asset for both the University and Northeast Wisconsin.

The Cofrin Library and its staff strive to nurture lifelong learning and facilitate information literacy by:
- providing equitable, quality service
- acquiring and providing access to well-balanced, authoritative, and scholarly collections in direct support of the campus curricular and research needs
