Videotaping Guidelines
Individuals wishing to do photography, videotaping or other filming, or any other type of image capture in the Cofrin Library need to first obtain approval from the Library Director and prearrange their visit. These activities can be disruptive to the work of both library staff and library users, as well as an intrusion on the privacy of our users. Before granting permission to film, the library director will consult with/ inform staff and departments regarding suitability and timing of any filming on library premises. Verbal consent must first be obtained from all individuals appearing in an image before filming begins.
