Study Rooms
The Library has open access study rooms, group project rooms, and private study rooms for individuals.
The open study rooms are located throughout the fourth, fifth and sixth floors. Many of the rooms are located near wireless Internet access points. Six of these open access study rooms also contain network jacks so people with laptops can connect to the campus network. All of the open study rooms are available to anyone on a first-come, first-served basis.
There are ten group project rooms on the 5th and 6th floors that accommodate four people per room. Each room contains a standard student lab PC. Group project rooms are available to students on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to groups of two or more people.
Private study rooms are located on the 5th and 6th floors and are available to students and faculty. These rooms are locked and only the person assigned to a specific room may check out the key to access that room. Applications for study rooms are available online or at the third floor Circulation Desk. You may print the online version, complete it, and return it via campus mail or drop it off at the Third Floor checkout desk. Priority is given to faculty and graduate students.
