Presidential honors:
Mohammad wins SGA vote, UW System award
It has been an eventful spring for UW-Green Bay student Heba Mohammad of suburban Milwaukee. On Wednesday she was elected student body president. A few days earlier, she was named a UW System “Outstanding Woman of Color in Education.” Learn more.

UW-Green Bay's Intertribal Student Council will once again host a ceremonial Pow Wow, on Saturday, April 14. Drummers, dancers and visitors from across the Upper Midwest and beyond will gather at the Kress Center. Free and open to all, it’s a tremendous cultural celebration. Learn more. |

Big cat, small students
About 100 local second-graders got to experience the fun of hands-on science recently when they toured the Richter Museum of Natural History on campus. Curator Tom Erdman introduced them to some of the numerous animal specimens the museum contains. Check out our too-cute-to-miss photo gallery.
