In the food business, it's called 'pre-consumer waste' the grape stems, pineapple rinds and miscellaneous trimmings that don't make it to the table. At UW-Green Bay, the University Union and A'viands food service are partnering with UW-Oshkosh to go green with organic waste. Learn more

Chocolate Fest

The University Union offers plenty of lean, low-cal menu items. On a gorgeous afternoon earlier this week, however, Chocolate Fest took over the Student Services Plaza outside the Union. For $1, students enjoyed eight different chocolate treats, Oreo checkers and the velvety rich sounds of a light jazz trio. Learn more
