Support for Qualtrics online surveys

How to login

Just put in your UWGB login credentials here:

https://sis.uwgb.edu/surveyservice/

Everyone logs in with their network username and password, the same one used for email, D2L, SIS, etc. No prior approval is needed to access the survey tool.

Qualtrics University (on-line help and how-to's)

Qualtrics University provides free training in the form of videos, FAQs, eBooks, and instructional documents. Topics include basic survey building, advanced survey building, distribution, reporting, coding, survey tips, and analysis guides.

Updates

Qualtrics routinely undergoes monthly software updates. Click here to view the updates. These updates usually only add minor features and improve functionality of the software.

Limits on surveys

Everyone is allowed to create up to ten surveys. Anyone needing to create more than ten should contact Leif Nelson in the LTC to have the restriction lifted.

Qualtrics has considerable support materials available online and a very good help desk. They can be contacted at support@qualtrics.com or 800-340-9194 (7 am to 6 pm Mountain Daylight Time).
