MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTION CHALLENGE

 

OBJECTIVE:         The purpose of this form is to provide you with a means of challenging the formulation of a question and/or the answer to that question on a multiple-choice examination.  If, in the judgment of the instructor, your argument clearly demonstrates that: (1) the question in its formulation is misleading or ambiguous; or (2) that your answer can be interpreted as (completely) correct in the context of your argument,  an appropriate adjustment will be made to your score.
