Use Red Edit to create the html page shown below. You should use frames. The index frame is one web page and the main frame can show two different pages. You should tables where needed in the two pages that are shown in the main frame.

You can use "http://imc.lisd.k12.mi.us/frog/frogs.html" as you link to frog information on the first main page. The news from southern France is a link to www.nicematin.fr and the art of France is found at www.lourvre.fr. Notice the fr suffix, not com! Duplicate the appearance of each page as closely as possible. You should try to match colors, size of borders, and all other aspects of these pages. The title on the browser should be as shown.
