Think Outside the Book

In addition to reading books, students working on projects will research in a variety of ways: actual historical documents, visiting museums, conducting interviews, and many other creative means to gain primary source information.

Address Different Learning Styles

Do you have students you just can’t seem to engage, no matter what you try? Gifted students who need a challenge? Students who may have trouble with typical classroom assignments like worksheets and tests? Students who are bored? Students who seem to be obsessed with only one thing in life? NHD can help students of any learning style to discover their own talents and explore their personal passions.
