Members - Staff providing child welfare services or other individuals as defined below of one of the 26 county departments of social/human services within the boundaries of the NEW Partnership region, UWGB and its Social Work Professional Program staff, and the Northern and Northeastern Regional Offices of DHFS, as defined in Article 2 of the NEW Partnership By-Laws. Other individuals who may be leased or contracted (1) who provide public child welfare functions for the county agency, (2) whose principle work site and day-to-day program supervision is provided by the county agency, and (3) the county agency pays directly for training and mileage expenses because expenses are not included as part of the overhead costs in the contract/lease.
Reciprocity - Members of one of the other four training partnerships in Wisconsin (Western Wisconsin, Southern, Milwaukee, and Tribal) as well as employees of DCFS are granted reciprocity and pay the NEW Partnership daily member rate to attend training. (Reciprocity is defined in Article 9 of the NEW Partnership By-Laws.)
