RESPECT  RIGHTS

If a person knows about the dangers of tobacco and still chooses to smoke that is his or her right.  Non-smokers should respect that.  Smokers should respect the right of those who choose not to put their health at risk and not smoke within 30 feet of entrances or in designated smoke free zones (e.g., residence halls etc.).
