OTMs are a fast
and easy way to bring recognition to programs and people who have done
outstanding things on our campus. OTMs are due on the first of the month
following the month the program or outstanding service took place in. For
example, a program that took place on Aug. 21 would need to be nominated by
Sept. 1. All nomination forms MUST be e-mailed (as an attachment) to sonrhh@uwgb.edu

For individual OTMs
Talk about specific things the nominee did during the month
If they put on any programs, describe the program (attendance, what
happened, how it addressed participants needs)
What specific instances did this individual help you out?

Explain why this program addressed participants needs
Describe what happened at the program
What did participants think of the program?
If you were going to put on this program, what kinds of things would you
want to make sure you do? (For the how it is adaptable to other campuses)
Month Specific
Because this is an Of the Month award, we can only take information from
the month of (whichever you are nominating for)
Make certain that all information in the OTM is from the month of
nomination
Acronyms Defined
For all acronyms, please write out what it means the first time you mention
it. o i.e., Resident Assistant (RA)
Campus
Culture Defined
Anything that someone who doesn’t attend this school wouldn’t know, write
out; i.e., you talked about programming in
the traditional apartments. To help those who don’t know the
challenges of programming in those buildings, please explain those
challenges in the nomination

Of The Years (OTYs)
|

In April NRHH
accepts nominations for the Of the Year awards! Of the Year awards, or OTYs,
are like OTMs but incorporate efforts from the entire year.
OTYs recognize
outstanding individuals who worked hard to make a difference in their
everyday agendas and then went beyond their expected duties. It is not hard to find these
individuals for they can be a resident, an organization member, resident
assistant, professor, advisor, student, or any leader on campus!
You
can nominate a program too! The category requirements are
the same as those for the OTM awards (see OTM Descriptions). Please
