Help Desk
The UW-Green Bay Computing & Information Technology (CIT) Helpdesk is available to help you with software and hardware problems. Staff can also help you with problems logging into your UW-Green Bay accounts. Identify yourself to the Helpdesk worker as a nursing student who is off-campus. The Helpdesk is available via e-mail at helpdesk@uwgb.edu or phone at 920-465-2309 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
