NOTE: This form is to be completed only by individuals who plan to test at UWGB. 

Please note: If an individual misses 2 appointments, they will need to pay a non-refundable fee of $10.00 prior to rescheduling. 

Full registration is a 2 step process. You must go to My Account Registration Portal to register for a CLEP exam. You can create and manage your personal account through the My Account registration portal. The registration platform will allow you to register for a CLEP exam 24/7, manage your personal information any time prior to taking the exam, search for test centers, select your score recipient institution, and purchase study materials. 1.    Choose the examination for which you are registering.  Once you have highlighted your choice, be sure to right click once outside the text box to "lock in" your choice.

 


2.    Enter the date you wish to take the exam.  The date you enter must be one from the Examination Schedule and be at least one week in advance.  Please note that exam appointments are assigned on a "first come, first served" basis.  Be sure to include a DAYTIME PHONE (above), so that we may contact you to arrange a different date and/or time if your preference cannot be honored. (Note that "reserved" on the schedule means that date/time is already filled.)
