"New" University Credit

A NEW opportunity will be available to you by attending the Master Academy. It is a college credit option. This choice will give you the chance to earn undergraduate college credit while attending our week long Institute. The college credit option will not create any changes in the Academy.

This is how the college credit option works: You will register and pay as normal for the Academy. However, you will check the box on your registration form in the back of this brochure that reads, “I would like to earn college credit”. My department will than contact you and assist you in the process.

Some of the things you will be asked to do include:

You must sign up for credit the year take the Academy. You can not come back the next year or years later ask to earn credit for past work.

This is a wonderful option for anyone working on their degree, thinking of working on a degree and would like to earn college credit for their hard work. This is one more way that UW-Green Bay is providing excellent opportunities for the people we work with.

Remember the “new” college credit option is only an additional opportunity. This will not change the difficulty or structure of our curriculum. Your experience will be the same as in the past years.
