Hotel Information: Crowne Plaza Hotel & Conference Center

Crowne Plaza O'Hare is the hotel venue for this conference.

This year's conference rate is $114* single/double/triple/quad. Rates do not include the current room and state tax of approximately 22%, that is subject to change. This group rate extends three days before and after the conference dates. Feel free to take advantage of this great room rate!

*This rate is a special group discount rate and does not apply to any current or future promotions or specials that may be offered to individual travelers. Please use this link to access the conference room block on or before October 15. After October 15, you will not be able to book your reservation online. You will need to call 1-888-233-9527 to make your reservation. Be sure to specify the"Achievement Gap" room block to get the discounted conference rate.

Deposit policy: All reservation requests require a credit card guarantee or advance deposit equal to one night’s room and tax. Personal checks, money orders, or valid American Express, Diner’s Club, Visa, Discover, or MasterCard number and expiration date will be needed for the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable for rooms cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Any individual cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged on the reservation's credit card for one (1) night room and tax.

Check in/Check out: Check-in time is after 3 p.m.; check-out time is 12:00 noon. No late check outs can be provided.

Parking: The Hotel offers self / on-site parking.  All parking is on a first come first service basis for conference attendees as well as overnight guests.  Special arrangements for busses and other vehicles can be arranged.  Should the lot become full at any time during the event, attendees will be directed to additional public parking garages in the area.  The hotel will not accept any financial responsibility for in said public lots.  The Hotel is not responsible for any damages or lost or stolen articles while on Hotel property.
Please note that guests are required to pay parking rates as listed below PER PARKING SPACE, guests bringing large trailers or oversized vehicles will be required to pay per occupied space.

Parking is charged at the following discounted rates:
$5.00 per car per night for overnight guests
$5.00 per car for up to 12 hours for local attendees

Shuttle Service from the Airport: Complimentary hotel shuttle transportation is available to all guests from O'Hare International Airport. Bus pickup is at Door 2 in the Shuttle Bus Center (across from the Hilton O'Hare).
