Take your jewelry to the next level with fold-forming and forged wire techniques. In this six-week course we'll learn how to form sheet metal and wire into interesting forms to incorporate into jewelry. Each class will include a demonstration and then time to try out the techniques you've learned. All skill levels from beginner to advanced are welcome to attend.

Instructor, Kristi Edminster, is an artist who received her BA from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay. During her time as a student she focused her studies on Jewelry/Metals and Sculpture. She has won numerous awards for her work, including the 2009 and 2010 Contemporary Craft Award and the 2011 Arts and Visual Design Award at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay. Kristi works as the Metals Studio Assistant on campus and was recently part of an exhibition at the Art Garage. In her spare time she loves reading and spending time at the Library.

Fees: $165 for six sessions, includes materials and open studio usage fees.
