Presenter and Program Support

We will work with you to select and secure the speakers and exhibitors you need. We will coordinate the production of all materials needed to support the event. Specifically, we will:

• Confirm with speakers: audio-visual needs, biographies, and handouts
• Make accommodations
• Make travel arrangements and proper hosting of presenters
• Process reimbursements or honorariums
• Provide follow up correspondence with presenters and exhibitors
• Design and produce abstracts or proceedings books
• Reproduce speaker handouts
• Design Evaluation Form
• Printing of color handouts or other special services
• Assemble course handouts, folders, binders, etc.
