Registration

Conference space is limited, so you are encouraged to register early to ensure yourself a place. The registration form includes fee information. Maps and parking information will be sent with the conference confirmation.

Payment Information

Payment must be included in the registration. Registrations not accompanied by payment will not be processed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received prior to March 21 will receive a full refund. Cancellations between March 21 -27 will receive a 75% refund. No refund will be given for cancellations made on or after March 28.
